Overview

Housed in the Virginia Institute of Government (VIG), SEI offers top local government executives and department directors of large localities strategies and hands-on techniques to skillfully navigate the complex and fast-changing world of local government. Our program consists of a two-week course taught by subject matter experts and local government practitioners focused on creating well-equipped, agile, and high performing local governments.

Register for our upcoming SEI Alumni Program, October 26-28. This is a three-day workshop that showcases the newly designed SEI program through a series of interactive sessions geared to help leaders meet the most relevant local government challenges.
